Gravity & Breath
Class Description:
Inspired by the principles of Body Mind Centering, participants will explore the interplay between grounding and breath. This class incorporates movement meditations and experiential yoga asanas viewed through a developmental lens while staying close to the ground. Focus on building strength and stability through gentle movements that connect body and mind, allowing for a profound sense of ease.
Suggested Props:
For class recommended props include a chair and anything else you’d like for savasana.
