By combining her decades of experience in corporate environments with her role as a yoga instructor, philanthropist and mother, Kristen leads yoga and movement practices that inspire people to reach their full potential, connect to themselves, connect to each other, and that fosters self-love and acceptance.
Kristen is a champion for mental health and wellbeing equity, which is why she chose to dedicate her series to two nonprofits, Lighter and NAMI Chicago. Lighter is an amazing nonprofit that sells candles to fight the darkness with all donation proceeds going to mental health organizations like NAMI. NAMI Chicago promotes community wellness, breaks down barriers to mental health care, and provides support and expertise for families, professionals, and individuals in Chicago and beyond.
